In the actual application process, liquid nitrogen refrigeration is usually used as a supplement to the mechanical refrigeration of the compressor. For example, in the rapid temperature change test chamber, liquid nitrogen spray is used as a supplement to achieve the effect of rapid cooling.
Compared with the refrigeration system, the heating system of the high and low temperature test chamber is relatively simple. It mainly consists of high-power electric resistance wire. Because the heating rate required by the test box is large, the heating system of the test box has relatively large power, and the bottom plate of the test box is also provided with a heater.
In order to reach the predetermined temperature, the temperature monitoring system is indispensable. The temperature monitoring of the high and low temperature test chamber mainly relies on the temperature sensor, and the sensor senses the temperature inside the box to transmit a real-time signal to the control system to reach the predetermined temperature. More applications of temperature sensors are PT100 and thermocouples.
Air circulation systems typically consist of a centrifugal fan and a motor that drives it. It provides a circulation of air inside the test chamber.
